We make every effort to present our artwork as accurately as possible. However, colors and textures may vary slightly due to differences in screens and lighting. Each painting is unique, and slight variations in size, texture, and tone are part of the creative process.

We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue any product or service without notice.

3. Orders

When you place an order, you’re making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. Your order is not confirmed until payment is received and processed.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and that all details are accurate. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel any order affected by them.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We carefully package all artwork for safe transport. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on location and carrier delays. Once an order is handed off to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you.

6. Returns and Exchanges

Because each piece of art is created individually, returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items.

  • If your artwork arrives damaged, please email glnshmkr@gmail.com within 3 business days of the shipment date with your order number and photos of the damage and packaging.

  • Once approved, we’ll offer a replacement (if available) or a refund.

  • Original paintings are not refundable, but may be exchanged for another original of equal value within the same 3-business-day window.

  • Prints and commissions are final sale unless damaged in transit.

All images, artwork, text, and other content on this site are the exclusive property of Glen Shoemaker Fine Art and protected by copyright law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any artwork or images without prior written permission. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
