Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your art. Because each piece is created or made to order, returns are limited to items damaged in transit.

Damaged items (3-business-day window)

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email glnshmkr@gmail.com
 within 3 business days of the shipment date with:

your order number,

clear photos of the damage and shipping box,

a short description of the issue.

Once approved, we’ll arrange a replacement (if available) or a refund. For confirmed shipping damage, return shipping is covered.

Original paintings

No refunds on original paintings.

You may exchange an original for another original of equal value within the same 3-business-day window. Artwork must be returned in original condition and packaging. If a same-value exchange isn’t available, we can issue store credit.

Prints & custom work

Prints are made to order and are only eligible for replacement/refund if damaged in transit.

Commissions and custom pieces are final sale (damage-in-transit covered as above).

What isn’t covered

Color/brightness differences between screens and real life.

Wear from handling after delivery.

Requests made after 3 business days from the shipment date.
