Overview

Every artwork from Glen Shoemaker Fine Art is handled with care to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition. Shipping methods and timelines vary depending on the type of artwork purchased.

Original Paintings

Each original painting is a unique, hand-painted work of art. To ensure proper handling and delivery, Glen personally contacts every buyer after purchase to arrange shipping details.

  • Shipping for original paintings is not charged at checkout.

  • Once your order is placed, Glen will reach out via email or phone to discuss preferred shipping methods, insurance options, and delivery timeline.

  • After the final shipping method is confirmed, an invoice for shipping costs will be sent separately.

  • Your painting will not be shipped until the shipping invoice has been paid in full.

Shipping costs for original works vary depending on size, destination, and insurance coverage. All shipments include professional packaging and tracking.

Prints and Other Products

Prints and other non-original items are processed and shipped through our standard fulfillment process.

  • Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days.

  • You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order ships.

  • Shipping rates for these items are calculated and charged at checkout.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary by location and carrier. While most U.S. orders arrive within 5–10 business days after shipment, international orders may take longer depending on customs and carrier delays.

Please note that delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.

Damaged Shipments

We take great care in packaging all artwork. If your order arrives damaged, please contact glnshmkr@gmail.com within 3 business days of delivery with photos of the packaging and artwork. We’ll review your claim and arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States and select international locations. International buyers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
